About Us
In 1988 Dr. Anne Trussell graduated magna cum laude from Lyon College with a degree in medical technology. She went on to earn her medical degree and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with Honors in Research in 1992. She completed her internal medicine residency in 1995 and has been in private practice for 18 years. She and her husband, Larry, have been married for 22 years and have four wonderful children! Dr. Trussell is a member of the St. Joseph School Endowment Board, a member of the St. Gianna Physicians' Guild and team captain of the Arkansas NF Endurance Team supporting the Children's Tumor Foundation.
Sandy Siler, LPN, has been Dr. Trussell's nurse for over 17 years. Sandy is CPR and ACLS certified. She has worked in the ICU, cath lab, GI lab and is certified in Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Xeomin, DermaFrac, IPL and facial peels. She has been married to her husband, Ronnie, for 39 years and is the proud mother of three and grandmother of three.
Teresa Smith LMT, MS is our licensed massage therapist (LMT). Teresa is also a certified massage therapy instructor and an expert at Swedish, Sports/Deep Tissue and Pregnancy massages. You tell her where you have a problem and she can fix it! Teresa has treated a wide range of problems for the last 14 years including those of the athlete to the frail elderly in multiple settings....wellness centers, sports centers, and spas. She IS the expert you need to turn to for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, stress management, sports injuries or to just enjoy an hour of complete relaxation. Her website is
